• Played a key role in multiple recovery projects contributing over $1.0 million to EBITDA.

Production Supervisor

• Responsible for up to 4 teams and 40 employees in the conversion of PLV into billets by way of finger-jointing.
• Knowledgeable with EWS Blow Detectors, Airstar Thickness Detectors, Finger-jointer setup, Crowder setup, and panel sales.
• Played a key role in the start up of a second production line with subsequent production and quality records on all machine centers in this department.
